Satyaheart yoga is yoga of the Spiritual Heart, rooted in compassion and loving kindness to ourselves and others. We teach and hold classes in a gentle yet powerful feminine essence, combining elements from Tantra, Vedanta and Bhakti yoga.
We use asanas, pranayama and meditation to open the physical structure and also the energetic body, the Chakra system. This further purifies our being and raises consciousness.
The style of practice is grounded in present moment awareness and an authentic sincerity for the revealing of our deep inner stillness. As we discover this in the practice we can integrate this more and more in our daily lives.
We give full attention and sensitivity to individual requirements using the wisdom of Ayurveda, the ancient healing system of India.
