About us

Yogini Devi gives great gratitude to all the inspiring masters and teachers that have directly shared their wisdom and love. Their common influence has been to teach the realisation that all life, masculine and feminine, and in all of its diverse forms, is indivisibly one. We are honoured to share these teachings as authentically as possible because our hearts are called to do this

Ra Lalita Dasi’s Biography

Radasi breaths, studies, teaches and loves her deepest passion, and that is to live a life immersed in Yoga, Tantra, Dance, Devotion and Ritual. Her earlier years set foundations to truly value life and from being a child there was always an inner calling to explore the more esoteric aspect to existence. She was introduced to Yoga eighteen years ago and since then has trained as a counseling therapist, children’s teacher, Reiki Master, and a teacher and facilitator of Yoga, Traditional Tantra, Sacred Dance and Hridaya Meditation inspired by Advaita Vedanta, Sufism, and Kashmir Shaivism.

She has accrued over 2000 hours in training, including many years studying to become a teacher trainer in Tantra and Kundalini with Agama Yoga, and years of silent mediation retreats in Hridaya Yoga, the Path of the Heart, this led her to studying Hridaya’s first 500 hour teacher training course. As well as numerous workshops and courses attended she also studied with Mystical dance teacher Monika Nataraj and assisted her 2012 teacher training course. With her heart centred practice and the ever growing wisdom of balancing her own female and inner male energies her life is devoted to experience greater union and a recognition of the stillness that lies at the core of our being. Radasi incorporates this into all that she offers, embracing Kirtan, Fire Ceremony and the ultimate path of staying in the present moment.

She gives great gratitude to all of her past teachers, and to those who she has direct contact with in this present time, Guru Ji Raj Kumar, Sri Prem Baba, Sahajananada & Swami Vivekananada. She has also been guided by Amma & Sri Moo Ji as well as many other shamans and spiritual teachers of this time. She feels a deep commitment to sharing these traditional teachings to help others to recognise their true nature and to feel the beauty of life.

She spends each year travelling and living between Thailand, India, Russia and Europe, offering Yogini Devi Teacher Training courses and various workshops, retreats and classes. When she is not teaching she likes to visit sacred sites through pilgrimages, she attends silent retreats and satsang, and practices daily sadhana [personal spiritual practice], which all support to enhance her service and spiritual awakening.

Lorraine Taylor’s Biography

Lorraine is an Ashtanga and Tantra Yoga teacher certified by Yoga Alliance, with over 1500 accrued hours of training. She has been practicing yoga for nineteen years and during this time has been very inspired by the teachings of Richard Freeman, Paul Dallaghan and Shiva Rea. She has also studied directly with Sri OP Tiwari from the Kaivalydham Yoga Research Institute, who is one of the few remaining sources on authentic pranayama and has completed several of his advanced trainings plus the first ever Pranayama Certificate 2008 course at his centre in Lonavla, India.

Due to a strong aspiration and a desire to understand more deeply the world of subtle energies, she began to enrich her knowledge of the esoteric lineages of Indian and Tibetan Tantra thorough her teachings in Agama with Swami Vivekananda, this brought a lot of depth to her own practice and teaching. During this period, she also devoted her time to silent retreats led by Sahajananda, the founder of Hridaya Yoga, who offers a beautiful method of meditation focused on the spiritual heart incorporating elements from Kashmir Shaivism, Advaita Vedanta, Sufism, and Dzogchen.

A lifetime of dance and gymnastics brought her on to the spiritual path nineteen years ago and today she feels really passionate about sharing the true essence of yoga and the importance of moving beyond the attachment with the physical body. She uses the practice of Ashtanga Yoga to guide students deeper into their internal world, using metaphors and poetry to enhance the already existing beauty of stillness. Combined with her knowledge of subtle energies, a more full and complete picture of yoga is revealed. Utmost gratitude goes to these amazing teachers who inspired her heart with their unique wisdom and knowledge.
